Section 20:04:20:72 - Racing secretary to deliver copy of stakes program to commission

At least 30 days before taking entries for the first day of racing, the racing secretary shall submit to the commission a copy of the stakes program, the first issue of the condition book for approval, and all subsequent issues of the condition book.
