Section 20:04:20:57 - Approval of photographer by commission

On all tracks, the operator of the camera taking pictures of the finish approaching the finish post and the winners of the race shall be approved by the commission. In all cases where a still picture is taken, the operator shall direct his camera at a point away from the finish line unless special permission is granted by the stewards of the commission.
