Section 20:04:20:42 - Jockey room custodian to prevent unlicensed attendants from assisting jockeys

The jockey room custodian shall see that no jockey attendant not approved by the stewards and licensed by the commission is permitted to assist a jockey at any time. A jockey attendant must be at least 14 years of age.
