Section 20:04:20:20 - Penalty for an official who leaves employment without permission

An official or any other person who accepts employment with an association in this state and is licensed by the commission, and leaves employment while a race meeting is in progress without first obtaining permission from the association or the commission, or both, is subject to suspension.
