Section 20:04:20:14 - Meet fees

Fees for meets are payable at the end of the first week of racing. If a meet is shortened at the request of the licensee for some unforeseen emergency and the commission gives its consent, the unearned fee shall be refunded by the commission to those associations paying upon receipt of license.
