Section 20:04:20:06 - Weekly written report required - Content

A written report shall be made to the commission annually by the general manager at each racetrack stating in detail all incidents of misconduct filed in his office. This report shall include the names and addresses of all persons picked up for drunkenness, touting, disorderly conduct, fraudulent use of passes, or other misdemeanors and shall state the charges in detail. Any expense involved in the performance of these duties shall be paid by the association.
