Section 20:04:19:18 - Duty of associations to provide first aid facility or ambulance

Each association shall provide, equip, and maintain a first aid facility or shall provide an equipped ambulance within its enclosure and shall provide for the attendance of certified emergency medical technicians during racing hours.
