Section 20:04:19:11 - Duty of associations to provide equipment necessary for maintenance

Each association shall provide all necessary equipment, materials and employees for maintenance of the racing strip, including starter stands and rail closures, which shall be used in a straight-away race which begins beyond the stretch turn.
