Section 20:04:17:20 - Acceptance of bribes prohibited

No racing official or his assistant, owner, trainer, jockey, agent, person having charge of or access to a race horse, or any other person shall accept or offer to accept on his own behalf or on behalf of another a bribe, gift, or gratuity in any form which would influence the result of a race or which would tend to do so.
