Section 20:04:15:13 - Participation in a pari-mutuel pool by a minor prohibited

No person under the age of 18, whether attending a race or employed in any other manner on or about a racetrack, may participate in a pari-mutuel pool. No person under 18 years of age may sell or cash tickets.
