Section 20:04:15:03 - Appointment of a commission auditor - Duties

The commission shall appoint a representative to be known as a commission auditor. The commission auditor shall be given free access to all of the books, papers, and records of any licensed facility and to any room or enclosure of any licensed facility at all times.
