Section 20:04:15:01 - Authorization for the sale of pari-mutuel pools

The sale of pari-mutuel pools is authorized only within the enclosure of a racetrack, satellite facility, or multijurisdictional totalized hub licensed and conducted under SDCL chapter 42-7 and this article.
