Section 20:04:13:01 - Conditions of license

Imposed on each licensee of the South Dakota racing commission is the duty of enforcing the rules and regulations imposed by the commission, the said rules and regulations being a condition under which the licenses are granted, the commission reserving the right to amend or strike down any rule, regulation, or condition herein imposed or to supplement said rules and regulations.
