Section 20:04:11:39 - Use of profane language prohibited - Disturbing the peace prohibited

No person shall use improper, profane or indecent language to a racing official, or to any employee representing the commission. No person shall in any manner, or at anytime, disturb the peace or make himself obnoxious on the grounds of an association.
