Section 20:04:11:13 - Duty to abide by laws of South Dakota

Every person participating in and every patron of a licensed race meeting shall abide by the laws of South Dakota and the rules of racing and accept the judge's decisions on any or all questions to which their authority extends, subject to the right of appeal to the commission.
