Section 20:04:01:43 - Failure to eject excluded persons

A licensee's failure or refusal to eject a person who has been placed on the exclusion list from a satellite facility or other pari-mutuel wagering facility shall constitute grounds for disciplinary action against both the individual licensee and the pari-mutuel facility.
