Section 20:04:01:23 - Formal proceedings

If the executive secretary or commission decides to conduct a formal hearing after a complaint has been filed and after any informal consultation, the executive secretary must mail a formal complaint issued in the name of the commission and a notice of hearing to the licensee complained against, the person making the complaint, and other affected parties.
