Section 12:82:07:03 - Testing

The laboratory will determine Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol ([DELTA] -THC) and Delta-9- Tetrahydrocannabinolic Acid ([DELTA] -THCA) concentration in industrial hemp sample by using liquid chromatography-electrospray/mass spectrometry. The laboratory must report the total Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol content concentration level on dry weight basis and the measurement of uncertainty.
