Section 12:82:03:02 - Submission of planting and harvest data to United States Department of Agriculture Farm Service Agency

Grower and research licensees are required to provide their industrial hemp license number and certify industrial hemp acreage and square footage planted for all growing location(s) with their local office of the United States Department of Agriculture Farm Service Agency.
