Official cervidae tests for brucellosis are:

(1) Buffered acidified plate antigen (BAPA);

(2) Standard plate agglutination;

(3) Standard tube agglutination;

(4) Rivanol;

(5) Complement fixation;

(6) Fluorescent polarization; and

(7) Card.
