Section 12:56:04:09 - Public health pest control

Commercial applicators and state, federal, or other governmental employees using pesticides in government sponsored public eradication efforts for the management and control of pests having medical and public health importance. Licensed applicators in this classification must be certified and licensed to use any pesticide.
