Section 12:56:04:04 - Ornamental and turf pest control

Commercial applicators using pesticides to control pests in the maintenance and production of ornamental trees, shrubs, flowers, and turf must be certified for ornamental and turf pest control. Licensed applicators in this classification must be certified and licensed to use any pesticide.
