Section 12:44:05:22 - Bulk commercial fertilizer storage sites construction before July 1, 1989

Bulk commercial fertilizer storage sites constructed of concrete block before July 1, 1989, may be considered for approval after inspection by the secretary. Bulk commercial fertilizer storage sites constructed of brick before July 1, 1989, may not be considered for approval.
