Section 12:44:05:20 - Alteration of existing permitted bulk commercial fertilizer storage facility

An operator of an existing permitted bulk commercial fertilizer storage facility must notify the secretary of agriculture, in writing, before making any alterations, other than routine maintenance, to the existing permitted facility.
