Section 12:44:05:02 - Permanent liquid bulk commercial fertilizer storage containers

Individual permanent liquid bulk commercial fertilizer storage containers, except anhydrous ammonia storage containers, capable of holding more than 300 gallons must be located within a bulk commercial fertilizer storage facility.
