Section 12:41:03:09 - Denial of permanent permits whose purpose is securing territory

The secretary may disapprove applications and may revoke permits for permanent locations if the secretary determines that the applicant or permit holder's purpose is to secure territory and obtain income primarily from the sale or lease of locations and not the management of bees and the production of honey.
