Section 12:26:04:02 - Grading room requirements

The grading room in egg grading and packing establishments shall be adequately darkened to make possible accurate quality determination of the candled appearance of eggs. There shall be no crossbeams of light, and light reflection from candling lights shall be kept at a minimum.
