Section 12:17:06:02 - Labeling and packaging of milk and milk products

Milk and milk products must be labeled and packaged in accordance with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended to March 8, 2019, and the Nutrition Labeling and Education Act of 1990, as amended to July 1, 1998.
