Section 12:10:03:09 - Revocation of permit

The board may revoke a rodeo stock transportation permit for conduct that constitutes a violation of the ownership inspection laws, violation of the conditions described in the permit, failure or refusal to pay the fee for the permit or the inspection fees, or refusal to allow a random inspection.
