Section 12:02:02:01 - Traffic and criminal laws apply - Authorized enforcement officers

SDCL 32-14 to 32-31, inclusive, and 32-33 to 32-35, inclusive, and all criminal laws of South Dakota apply on all parts of the fairgrounds. The secretary may authorize additional traffic control for the safety, protection and control of the fair grounds.
