Section 93-120 - Initial LicensesA. An applicant who has successfully complied with the requirements of the licensing law and the standards provided for herein, passed the examination provided for herein, and paid the fees for the initial licensure period shall be issued a license as a Nursing Home Administrator or as a Community Residential Care Administrator or as a Dual licensee. Issuance of the license shall entitle the person to serve, act, practice or otherwise present themselves as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, licensed Community Residential Care Facility Administrator, or Dual-license administrator.B.
