Section 88-135 - Validity of LicenseA. A License cannot be sold, assigned, or transferred, nor shall it be valid for any premises other than those for which it was issued.B. A License shall be considered invalid if any of the information provided to the Department in the Licensing Application for the setting or program is not accurate and current.C.
