Section 73-340 - ViolationsA. Violations by Instructor-Applicants or Certified Instructors(1) A violation of any of the provisions of these regulations may result in denial, suspension or revocation of instructor certification.(2) Falsification of any document or information submitted in accordance with these regulations or S. C. law may result in denial, suspension or revocation of instructor certification.B. Violations by Concealable Weapons Permit Applicants (1) A violation of any of the provisions of these regulations by an applicant for a concealable weapons permit may result in the denial, suspension or revocation of a permit.(2) Falsification of any document or information submitted in accordance with these Regulations or S.
