Section 67-605 - Second Injury Fund's Answer to a Request for Hearing, Time for Filing and ServiceA. The attorney for the Second Injury Fund shall file and serve a Form 55, Answer of the Second Injury Fund to Employer's Request for Hearing, as provided below.B. File the Form 55 and proof of service with the Commission's Judicial Department within thirty days of service of the Form 54.C. Serve the employer according to R.67-211.D. Failure to file a Form 55 within the period in section B above shall be deemed a general denial of liability for the benefits claimed and the Second Injury Fund by the failure to respond within the period allowed in Section B shall forfeit each special and affirmative defense allowed by the Act.Amended by State Register Volume 21, Issue No. 4, eff April 25, 1997.
