Section 62-590 - Reporting RequirementsA. Each participating institution shall prepare an annual report to be submitted to the Commission on Higher Education. The report shall include the disbursement of funds, number of forgivable loans distributed to students, loan repayments, student achievement data (GPR, employment, etc.), and any other documentation as may be specified by the Commission on Higher Education.Added by State Register Volume 20, Issue No. 5, eff May 24, 1996.
