Section 61-89.2 - Definitions

(a) An Enrolled family planning patient is one who is admitted to the Family Planning Program, has an open family planning record, and receives services funded with Federal Title X funds.

(b) A Non-enrolled patient is one who is not admitted to the Family Planning program, does not have an open family planning record, but who does receive some services from the program.
