Section 61-84.2600.2614 - Outdoor AreaA. Outdoor areas where unsafe, unprotected physical hazards exist shall be enclosed by a fence or a natural barrier of a size, shape, and density that effectively impedes travel to the hazardous area. (I) B. Mechanical or equipment rooms that open to the outside of the facility shall be kept protected from unauthorized individuals. (II)C. If a swimming pool is part of the facility, it shall be designed, constructed, and maintained pursuant to R.61-51. (II)D. There shall be sufficient number of outside tables and comfortable chairs to meet the needs of the residents.S.C. Code Regs. § 61-84.2600.2614
