Section 61-84.2600.2612 - Telephone ServiceA. At least one (1) telephone shall be available on each floor of the facility with at least one (1) active main or fixed-line telephone service available.B. At least one telephone shall be provided by the facility on each floor for staff members/volunteers to conduct routine business of the facility and to summon assistance in the event of an emergency; pay station phones are not acceptable for this purpose. Residents shall have telephone privacy pursuant to Section 1001.L.S.C. Code Regs. § 61-84.2600.2612
