Section 61-79.273.E.60 - Applicability

(a) The owner or operator of a destination facility (as defined in 273.9) is subject to all applicable requirements of parts 264, 265, 266, 268, 270, and 124 of this chapter, and the notification requirement under 44-56-20 of the South Carolina Hazardous Waste Management Act and section3010 of RCRA.

(b) The owner or operator of a destination facility that recycles a particular universal waste without storing that universal waste before it is recycled must comply with 261.6(c)(2).
