Section 61-79.265.L.250 - Applicability

The regulations in this subpart apply to owners and operators of facilities that treat or store hazardous waste in piles, except as section265.1 provides otherwise. Alternatively, a pile of hazardous waste may be managed as a landfill under subpart N.
