Section 61-79.261.M.400 - ApplicabilityThe requirements of this subpart apply to those areas of an entity managing hazardous secondary materials excluded under section 261.4(a)(23) and/or (24) where hazardous secondary materials are generated or accumulated on site.
(a) A generator of hazardous secondary material, or an intermediate or reclamation facility that accumulates six thousand (6000) kilograms or less of hazardous secondary material at any time must comply with sections 261.410 and 261.411.(b) A generator of hazardous secondary material, or an intermediate or reclamation facility that accumulates more than six thousand (6000) kilograms of hazardous secondary material at any time must comply with sections 261.410 and 261.420.S.C.
