Section 61-77.1400.1401 - Disaster PreparednessA. The Home Health Agency shall develop and maintain a written emergency preparedness plan that shall be reviewed and updated at least annually. The Home Health Agency shall ensure the emergency preparedness plan addresses the needs of the Patients, and includes continuity of treatment, care, and services provided by the Agency to the Patients.B. The Home Health Agency shall provide data, evacuation status, and other requested information during an emergent event as determined by the Department, and at a frequency as determined by the Department.S.C.
