Section 61-63.III.RHA 3.41 - Records of Waste Disposal

3.41.1 Each licensee shall maintain records of the disposal of licensed materials made under RHA 3.28, 3.29, 3.30, 3.31 and disposal by burial in soil.

3.41.2 The licensee shall retain the records required by paragraph RHA 3.41.1 of this section until the Department terminates each pertinent license requiring the record. Requirements for disposition of these records, prior to license termination, are located in Section3.34 for activities licensed under these parts.
