Section 61-62.68.G.185 - Certification

(a) For Program 1 processes, the owner or operator shall submit in the RMP the certification statement provided in Section68.12(b)(4)(b)(4).

(b) For all other covered processes, the owner or operator shall submit in the RMP a single certification that, to the best of the singer's knowledge, information, and belief formed after reasonable inquiry, the information submitted is true, accurate, and complete.
