Section 61-58.9.H - Variances and Exemptions from the Filtration and Disinfection Requirements

(1) No variances from the filtration and disinfection requirements are permitted.

(2) No exemptions from the disinfection requirements of R.61-58.10(D)(1)(c) and (2)(b)(D)(1)(c) and (2)(b)are permitted.
