The Department shall actively monitor and regulate agreements approved under this regulation. The Department may request information, conduct inspections, or conduct audits whenever necessary to ensure that the agreements remain in compliance with the conditions of approval and the approved application. The same rules apply to information acquired by the Department through information received, inspections conducted or audits conducted as in Section310 of these regulations. The Department shall provide the applicant at least ten day notice of a compliance audit. The Department shall afford the applicant at least ten days to respond to any complaint, question or problem identified by the Department.
