Section 61-31.3.311 - Administrative and Judicial Review:

Upon receipt of the advice of the Attorney General or at the end of the review period outlined in Section306 of these regulations, the Department shall issue a staff decision approving or denying the application for a Certificate of Public Advantage. The Department's staff decision is final fifteen days after receipt by the applicant unless an administrative appeal is commenced in accordance with applicable regulations. The applicant or affected party is entitled to administrative and judicial review in accordance with the State's Administrative Procedures Act.
