Section 61-31.3.308 - Project Changes During Review Period:

The Department will review any amendments submitted during the review process and may notify the applicant that the amendments constitute a new application, and that the requirements of Section301, 302, and 303 of this regulation must be complied with. All applicable times shall be counted as though the amendment were a new application.
