Section 61-17.400.401 - GeneralA. When the Department determines that a licensee, proposed licensee, or an unlicensed facility owner is in violation of statutory provisions, rules, or regulations relating to the operation of a facility, the Department, upon proper notice to the licensee, may impose a monetary penalty and/or deny, suspend, revoke, or refuse to issue or renew a license.B. Food service permits may be revoked or suspended for violations in accordance with R.61-25.S.C. Code Regs. § 61-17.400.401
