Section 61-16.603 - Employee RecordsA. All employee health records, including any medical history, shall be retained in a separate and confidential file in Employee Health. Access to these records will be permitted only to those authorized through hospital policy.B. The hospital shall have policies and procedures for the maintenance and destruction of employee health records after employment has been terminated.S.C. Code Regs. § 61-16.603
